Every session is unique and tailored specifically to you, so session lengths and the number of sessions can vary.
The first 90 minute session is absolutely Free. After that my fee per session is £90.

"I came to Paul asking him to help me overcome my phobia of rollercoasters. I'd never wanted to try to get over this fear previously but since having a child I wanted to be able to do as much as possible with my lovely little boy.
